GLUTEX 100% GLUTAMINE FREE FORM contains glutamine – a non-essential amino acid which is present in abundance in the muscle tissue. During an intensive physical exercise this substance gets depleted considerably, which is the reason to replenish.
SUGGESTED USE
Use 1 scoop (5 g) after your workout a 1 scoop (5 g) before bedtime on training days. Use 1 scoop (5 g) during the day and 1 scoop (5 g) before bedtime on non-traing days. Daily dose = 2 scoops (10 g).
